After despatch, your order will be delivered within 7 days by the delivery service. These times are in working days, excluding postal delivery problems

In the case of a delay in delivery of more than 10 days, the customer must inform the customer service department of who will forward the information to the delivery service to trigger the opening of an investigation. If the package is not found at the end of the 21-day investigation period, the package is considered lost and will provide a replacement package to the customer at their expense, or reimburse the customer for the amount of the products.

Any problem concerning the delivery (for example: a damaged parcel or broken products) must be indicated on the delivery slip as “handwritten reserves”, accompanied by the customer’s signature. The customer must immediately report the problem to, who will send the customer a replacement package at his or her expense, or reimburse the customer for the amount of these products.

The shipping costs do not include customs duties and other ancillary costs, these costs remain the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
